During warehouse closure periods:

- Orders will not be processed or dispatched until the warehouse reopens

- Dispatch and delivery timeframes will be extended accordingly

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of known closure periods via our website or email where possible.

Delays may occur due to warehouse closures, peak periods, or third-party courier issues

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are not entitled to a refund if:

- The product has been misused or incorrectly handled

- Damage occurs after delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, used candles and home fragrance products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Warehouse closures do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that:

- Candles should never be left unattended

- Products must be kept away from children and pets

- Care instructions must be followed at all times

Elana Collection is not responsible for damage caused by improper or unsafe use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss

- Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of the product purchased

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
